Mary Pomerantz
Chief Executive Officer
MASTER OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, Senior Professional in Human Resources, SHRM SENIOR CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL. A life-long entrepreneur, Mary Pomerantz was president/owner of one of the largest staffing companies in the US by the age of 35. After selling her company, she founded a group of businesses which she currently serves as the CEO, including TPG Staffing, TPG HR Services USA and Mary Pomerantz Advertising. Ms. Pomerantz has over 35 years' experience in recruiting top talent for some of the largest companies in the world and start-ups alike. She earned a BS from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. She also has senior HR credentials, including both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
Joe Remmett
Senior Vice President
Dedicated to providing quality products wherever he works, Joe started his career as a Quality Engineer at Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company. Deciding to pursue a more entrepreneurial career, he joined the world of staffing over 25 years ago. Joe has extensive recruiting experience, especially in the engineering, lab and marketing areas, and he also has a BS from Penn State University. As a partner in TPG Staffing and TPG HR Services USA, he enjoys bringing high-quality staffing and human resource services to our clients. In his spare time, Joe is an avid golfer who is more than happy to share golf tips with any of our clients.
Ryan Pomerantz
Vice President
SHRM-SCP, ms-human resources, MA-Psychology Ryan's love of the world of HR and staffing led him into the family business. Ryan has over 10 years of HR and recruiting experience, with an extensive background in various HRIS and payroll systems. He speaks Spanish fluently, having studied at the University of Salamanca in Spain. Ryan has his BA from Rutgers University, an MA in Psychology from New York University and an MS in HR Development from Villanova University. He also possesses a SHRM- SCP certification. Ryan loves to travel and recently visited New Zealand.
Frank Pedalino
Vice President
Frank heads the online marketing divisions of our companies. He has always been in the creative world, first as a musician and then in marketing as a graphic designer progressing to a digital marketing specialist. Frank helps identify the creative people that our companies and clients need to ensure the success of their respective businesses.
